DIG THE GIG UOA 2024 Heat One Season Two kicked off at Big Fam on Thursday night. 

Three cool UOA Uni bands played colourful three song sets and gave the compact crowd something to cheer about! 

Thanks to Adam for the lights, sound and magic! Simone for her hospitality hero antics behind the bar - I have a good feeling that Big Fan is going to be a wonderful new chapter for DIG THE GIG UOA 2024.

Jonny Brugh our host with the most played a straight bat and kept the fans on their toes - Jonny is a great edition to DIG THE GIG - great to have you onboard Jonny.

Bureau ripped into the evening with some tasty melodies and rock riffs that would have put a smile on Richie Sambora’s face. Very impressed with Bureau’s output - lead vocals a real standout. 

Cyanide Altar are back and bigger than Bosnia! You gotta love a rock band that gives 120 percent - It's what it's all about. You guys are legends! 

Jack Bromwich always digs deep - he’s one of those artists that strives to be better, being fastidious is an understatement and the end result is delicious. Congrats on heading to the final.
